Early career

My career began in Human Resources, where I worked in diverse industries and companies, both in South Africa and the UK. I have been coaching since 1999.  My clients range from global and local senior executives from various industries (FMCG, Retail, Banking, Government, NGO) to mid-career professionals and young graduates.

Specific interest

I am particularly interested in Generation Y and have worked with many Millennials to create the kind of career that works for them.  As an Xer, I of course coach my generation too!  We are more alike than we are different.

Educational Background

I studied at the Centre for Coaching, UCT Graduate School of Business and am certified as an Integral Coach with New Ventures West (USA).  I am also recognised by the International Coach Federation, ICF.  For more details of my academic journey, see the complete profile.

General information

I am based in the City Bowl, Cape Town.  My clients live where they live – some are global. In my leisure-time I enjoy travel & exploring different cultures, reading, dinner parties with friends, running marathons and playing the saxophone.
