So you specialise in young people?

Define 'young'!  My clients range in age.  What they do have in common is that they are ready to do the work and feel a connection to my approach and style. And yes, that does seem to appeal to very many 20- and 30somethings. 

My boss wants me to work with you. How much of what we discuss is confidential?

All of it!  My corporate clients and I set clear boundaries at the outset. Coaching can only work when you trust me enough to share honestly and openly.  I am also bound by the ethics of the profession and uphold it with integrity.  Absolutely.

Have you ever coached someone...unsuccessfully?

Yes I have.  In the decade or so that I've been coaching I have had 3 clients where we concluded the process early.  Various reasons, ranging from readiness to fit to life interrupting.
